Generate a new project from a SWOT analysis. The AI will guide you through defining your strategic context, objectives, and action plan.
Create a blank project with the minimum required fields, then build it out directly in the Document view.
Users must log time on a task before they can move it into the Done column. Turn this on when you need reliable time data for billing or reporting.
As soon as anyone marks a task Blocked, the whole team is stopped from pulling new tasks until the block is cleared. Encourages people to swarm on the blocker instead of working around it.
When on, each project lets you pick which teams can access which swimlanes. Users from teams that aren't mapped to a swimlane won't see its tasks. Leave off if every team should see every swimlane.
When on, each project lets you choose whether regular users can create, edit, or delete tasks. When off, regular users are read-only everywhere — only Owners, Assistants, Project Managers and Admins can change tasks.
Maximum number of tasks one user can hold in the Doing column at the same time. Set to 0 for no limit.
Project Managers can create, edit, and delete any project or task in the company, and manage team membership. Only an Admin can promote or remove a PM.
These columns apply to every project in the company. The first and last columns are fixed in position; all three system columns are protected from deletion. Rename any column inline, or insert a new one between existing columns.
Pick an organizational unit. A new team will be created with that unit's name and active members.
Roles created here become available as labels for any team member in this company. System roles (Admin, PM) cannot be edited.
Assign a team first to configure owner, assistants, and other permissions.
Applies only when global "per-project user task CRUD" is enabled.
Pick which teams can see each swimlane. Managers (Owner / Assistants / PM / Admin) always see all.
